Freddie Mac had an outdate, non-responsive and dated content heavy site experience for their potential homeowners. Complicating this was the launch of a new offline brand that did not account for digital and their future needs online. All of this added up to users not connecting to Freddie Mac in the manor they were looking for, as well as, missing the marketing up sell opportunities available to them during their journey to home ownership.
